We list on the big platforms too, and we are glad when guests find us there. But the platforms charge you for the privilege, and there is no reason to pay it twice.
No platform service fee
Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking add a guest service fee on top of the nightly rate. Book here and that fee is simply not there. Same place, same beds, same team — fewer middlemen taking a cut.
Real monthly rates
Platforms are built around nightly stays. Half our guests are here for weeks or months, so tell us the dates and we will price it as what it is — a contract, a project, a relocation — instead of thirty nightly bookings stacked up.
A local person, not a call centre
We live and operate in Pueblo. When something needs sorting, you are messaging the people who own the buildings and the team that cleans them.
The same photos, the same place
Every photo on this site is of the actual unit you are booking. No stock imagery, no shots borrowed from a nicer building down the street.
