Where to stay for the Pueblo Chile & Frijoles Festival
Three days of roasters going on Union Avenue, a hot air balloon launch, the Chihuahua parade, and about 150,000 people. Our downtown lofts are a few blocks from it — close enough to walk back with a bag of roasted green and not think about parking again until Monday.

Walk to Union Avenue
The 403 W 13th lofts are a short walk from the festival footprint. Park once and leave the car.
Somewhere to put the chile
A full kitchen and a real fridge, which matters more than you think when you buy a bushel.
Bring the dog
Most of the collection is pet-friendly, and the Chihuahua parade sets the tone.
September fills fast
